At Ropani, we understand that gardening isn’t just a hobby — it’s something personal. That’s why we handle every plant with care and love, and expect the same when it arrives at your doorstep.

Since we work with live plants, natural variation is expected, and we cannot offer guarantees on their survival. However, we are committed to delivering healthy, quality plants and gardening products. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please reach out to us immediately with a photo. If informed promptly, we’ll be happy to discuss and arrange a replacement. The same applies to damaged tools or accessories — we’ll assess the issue and find a solution together.

We encourage all customers to read the product descriptions carefully and feel free to reach out to us via WhatsApp or phone before placing an order. We’re always happy to help you choose the right product.

Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. To cancel your order, please contact us via the “Contact Us” page.

Refunds:
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Refunds may be offered on a case-by-case basis. If paid by credit/debit card, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. For other online payments, refunds will be issued to the same account used at checkout.
