At Ropani, we care deeply about every plant we send out, and we know you care just as much when you welcome one into your home. Plants are living things, and while we do everything we can to deliver healthy and happy ones, sometimes things can go wrong on the way.
If your plant or product arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible and send us a photo. We’ll talk it through with you and do our best to send a replacement if needed. For other items like tools or accessories, we’ll take a look and find a simple solution together.
We also understand that you’re spending time, energy, and money on your gardening journey, and we want you to feel good about it. You’re always welcome to reach out to us on WhatsApp or call us before placing an order if you’re unsure about anything. We’ll be happy to help.
Cancellations:
If you’d like to cancel your order, just let us know before it’s been dispatched. You can reach us through the Contact Us page or our phone/WhatsApp.
Refunds:
In rare cases where something isn’t right, and a refund is needed, we’ll process it back to the original payment method. Just drop us a message — we’re here to sort it out.
